Porch extension clad in larch

No longer are these customers falling over their kids shoes or struggling to find a spare peg to hang coats every time they enter their property. Now they are greeted with a contemporary timber clad extension with galvanised steel rainwater goods, blending in perfectly with the sharp K-Rend finish of the existing property.

Internally this porch is perfectly organised to house each family members’ belongings inside a bespoke shoe cupboard and coat rack, topped off with a reclaimed pitch pine seat bench.

Down came the existing porch

Removal of a large internal masonry wall created so much more space without actually extending the building too much

Steels were fitted and ready for the new concrete slab

1 week in and the roof timbers were in place

After 10 days the new super insulated porch was ready for a roof

New roof and front door fitted, ready for the larch cladding now
